About the Program
More than 70% of the candidates we put to work come to us by way of referral. A high percentage of our client-base is built the same way. Client and candidate referrals are, by far, the most valuable leads we can receive. Not only are referrals the best way to find quality candidates, quickly, but it aids in the vetting process as well. Great talent tends to flock to other great talent. We believe that it is our process and our relationships that help our ability to attract such an amazing amount of referrals, but, just in case, we also have a robust referral program with an incentive attached. Everyone we speak with is encouraged to ask “Who do you know?” We will reward the referring party accordingly for each successful placement we make from that referring person. Referral fees vary based on a number of criteria, but our standard is $500.
How it works
TweetGive us your name and contact info (so we know where to send the reward) and your referral’s name and contact info. When your referral starts working, we will send you a check. When s/he works more than 90 days, we will send you another check. It’s that easy.
